Meet Chad & the Crew
Chad Alexander has been building shutters in the Carolinas since 1993. After watching his Charlotte customers buy up beach houses from Sunset to Pawleys — and then call him to do the shutters too — he opened the Cherry Grove showroom nine years ago, right next to Platt's Seafood. Same crew, same Carolina-built shutters, same handshake — just with a better view.
Chad runs the shop and personally measures most jobs. In one new-construction neighborhood in Robbers Roost alone, he's done 24+ homes — the neighbors wave him in from their golf carts. Carter, his son, is on the install crew with Matt. Jennifer measures every job alongside Chad and designs the custom drapery — pleats, headers, hardware, the whole thing. Four people, one shop, one phone number — same folks measuring, designing, building, and hanging your shutters.
